يُستخدم شرنك حراري مصري في تغليف المنتجات الغذائية، الزجاجات، المستحضرات الطبية، والعبوات البلاستيكية.
يتوفر بسُمك مختلف حسب الحاجة، ويُستخدم مع ماكينات الشرنك الحرارية.
شرنك حراري للكابلات والأسلاك (Heat Shrink Tubing):
يُستخدم في العزل الكهربائي وحماية الأسلاك من الرطوبة والتآكل.
يُصنع من مواد مثل البولي أوليفين (Polyolefin) ويستخدم في الإلكترونيات والصناعات الكهربائية.
